What is included in customisation?
Small workflow configuration changes, such as your sales stages and terminology, are included with a subscription. Your team uses an Atlas-hosted workspace with the Atlas name and logo. New features are scoped with the builders and may be quoted separately. We agree the work, price and delivery timing with you first.
Does everyone need a calling seat?
No. Every person using Atlas needs a subscription user account, but calling access is only for the people who need it. You can have 15 Atlas users and just one calling seat. Calling charges recur monthly.
Can we try Atlas with our own workflow?
Talk to us about a 14-day free pilot with three to five users and one calling account. We agree your workflow, configure the relevant stages and help you try Atlas with real leads before moving to a paid subscription.
How does the lifetime licence work?
Contact us for a quote for a one-time lifetime licence to use Atlas, with hosting, support, updates and customisation included for life. Atlas retains its source code and intellectual property. Resale, sublicensing and redistribution are not permitted. We agree pricing, user coverage, calling and third-party usage terms with you before purchase.
