Customer stories

Different businesses.
Their own Atlas.

The work changes from business to business. So does the setup. Hear directly from people who have shaped Atlas around their day.

Rooftop solar / 3 min

“We ran ads on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and used our personal numbers for company work. After Atlas, that headache is gone.”

Metro Solar

Sales

A field team doing the groundwork, then paperwork, quotations, and back office by hand, with ad leads and WhatsApp running off personal phones. Atlas took over the lead handling and the messaging so the team could stay in the market instead of in the admin.

Sales outreach intern / 3 min

“They sat with me and built a custom pipeline for exactly how my outreach works. My stages, in my words. And it's free because I'm a student.”

Aditri

First-year law student, Symbiosis School of Law · Noida

One person, fifty calls a day between lectures, tracked in a Google Sheet. We built her a six-stage outreach pipeline, Not Called through Closed, with CSV import and duplicate catching, calls logged from her own phone, follow-ups that surface on the day, and a filtered export for her weekly report. Free, no limits, because she is a student.

This recording describes an individual student arrangement. Current business plans are listed on the pricing page.

Ice manufacturing / 2 min

“We were losing thirty to forty thousand a day selling ice to fishmongers, because every transaction there is in cash. Now the estimated loss is about five thousand a week. Some change.”

Dev

Ice manufacturer · Mumbai

A second-generation ice factory supplying party ice to Zepto and Blinkit, chip ice to the fishmongers, and ice to restaurants, with the fishmonger trade running entirely on cash. An early adopter, in when Atlas was still bare bones. We built the sale-by-sale tracking with him until the cash leak was found and closed.

Figures are the customer’s own estimates, as described in the recording.

Real estate / 1 min 13 sec

“In real estate, speed to lead isn't just important, it's the entire ball game.”

Navya

Real estate team

Navya describes how her team handles enquiries from Meta ads and its website, and uses automated questions to start the conversation while a lead is still interested.

Real estate / 1 min 18 sec

“Thank you so much, Atlas Management Company.”

Sagar

Real estate team

In this Hindi recording, Sagar describes moving from paper records to a shared CRM for leads, customer follow-ups, site visits, booking stages and team reports. The video retains his original audio with English summary captions.
